Ben Hammersley Music

Ben is a local, independent musician who was looking for a cheap way to release and promote his new EP on social media. He had a very clear vision for his website and, in just seven days, we produced a pixel-perfect rendition in standards-compliant, valid HTML5. We also provided hosting for a digital copy of the EP and integrated code to allow listeners to download it after “paying” by promoting the record on their Twitter or Facebook accounts. This required embedding Open Graph metadata to seamlessly integrate with the Facebook platform through the Graph API. We also organised resilient web logistics to ensure that the launch was a success with over 2500 “sales” and 250 GiB of data transferred in the first two weeks.
